my name is beth.

i am a writer, cartoonist, mama, and all-the-feelings person.

four years ago, i left a lifetime in california for louisville, kentucky to be with a boy, who wasn't quite sure he even wanted to love me.

i was pretty sure he did, and, as usual, i was right.

last year our baby girl, miss melby, was born and the rest is history. together we are happy, lost, hopeful, honest, dancing, figuring it out, and really super in love.
